Where to watch NPL 2026 live

Watching the Nepal Premier League should not mean spending the first few overs hunting for a working link. The viewing arrangements have changed for 2026, so it is worth checking your channel or setting up the right pass before your team takes the field.

For this season, Himalaya Sports is the television option in Nepal and NETTV is the authorised online partner in supported territories. Star Sports has also been identified for international television coverage in the October 23 report of CAN secretary Paras Khadka’s official-channel appeal. The individual channel and package available abroad still need to be checked locally.

Watching on television in Nepal

Look for Himalaya Sports in your cable, satellite or IPTV provider’s guide. If the channel is not there, ask your provider whether it is available and included in your package. Channel numbers and subscription costs vary, so we cannot give one number or price that works for everyone.

Do not rely on an old NPL viewing guide without checking its year. The September rights report from The Rising Nepal names Himalaya Television for Nepal TV and NETTV for worldwide online rights this season. The same report describes DishHome and Kantipur’s deals as arrangements for the previous edition.

A television package and an online pass are separate products. Having one does not necessarily give you the other, even when the services are accessed on the same screen.

Streaming through NETTV

The official NETTV NPL page is the place to begin. It links to the mobile apps and NETTV web TV and explains the regional NPL Season 3 packages. You can create an account without being a regular NETTV subscriber. Existing subscribers still need the separate NPL package, because the ordinary subscription does not include the league automatically.

For viewers in Nepal, NETTV displays a direct package price of NPR 400. The Middle East price is US$4. Its other overseas banner shows US$10 for “Rest of world; except India”, with Europe, Australia, the USA, Japan and Korea specifically mentioned in the FAQ.

Use the country where you will actually watch. If your location is not clearly offered, confirm access with NETTV before buying. A broad description of worldwide rights does not guarantee that every country, payment card or device is supported.

Paying through eSewa

You can also buy a NETTV NPL coupon through eSewa. Its October 9 purchase guide lists NPR 400 for Nepal, NPR 600 for Middle East countries and NPR 1,550.17 for the USA, Europe, Australia, Japan and Korea. These are eSewa’s published prices, not conversions we have made from NETTV’s dollar amounts. Compare the final total and region on the checkout you choose.

After buying the pass in eSewa’s TV section or through search, look for the coupon in your transaction statement. The Nepal instructions also describe receiving it by SMS. Then open the NPL section in NETTV and apply that coupon to the season pass.

The important part is finishing the activation. eSewa says a valid coupon should bring the payable amount down to NPR 0, after which you complete the zero-value payment. If NETTV still shows the full price, check the code and region rather than paying again. The coupon can be redeemed once, so keep it private and save the transaction reference.

Check the device before you buy

NETTV’s general information describes app and web TV access, but a specific coupon can carry narrower terms. eSewa says its Nepal coupon is for the NETTV app only, not smart TVs or set-top boxes, and is valid within Nepal. Its overseas terms say the coupon works in the country for which it was purchased and is not valid for smart TV users.

The eSewa guide says the pass covers all 32 matches and that payments are non-refundable. If you want to watch on a laptop, television or while travelling, confirm that the particular purchase supports that use first. Do not assume casting, multiple simultaneous screens or 4K video is included; the reviewed package terms do not establish those features.

Following the league from India or overseas

NETTV’s direct overseas price banner excludes India. Do not assume its US$10 package will work there, or select another country to get around the restriction.

Star Sports is named for international television in the October 23 official-channel appeal report, but that report does not provide a country-by-country channel list. For India and other overseas markets, check whether the NPL fixture is actually listed by your local Star Sports service and television provider before paying for a package.

We have not verified a separate live-streaming offer for NPL 2026 from FanCode, JioHotstar or YouTube. A match listing, fan upload or previous-season announcement is not confirmation of current viewing rights. Look for an explicit current-season offer that covers your territory.

Legal coverage and last-minute problems

The sources reviewed do not establish an authorised free full-match internet stream for this season. Official highlights and social score updates are not the same thing as a live feed. Avoid unknown APK downloads, browser extensions and requests to pay an individual for access.

If a purchased pass does not work, check that you are in the correct NETTV account, that the coupon was redeemed and that your device and region match the purchase. Then use NETTV’s official support channels with your transaction reference. Never share a complete coupon, wallet PIN or one-time password in public comments.
